Our Beliefs<\/strong><\/p>\n We believe that Jesus Christ gave the church its purpose in Matthew 18:19-20, \u201cgo and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and of the Holy Spirit and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.\u201d\u00a0 Therefore, our purpose is to lead people to a life of faith in Christ and empower them to grow into everything that God created them to be.<\/p>\n Jesus Christ<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n We believe that Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of Virgin Mary and is true God and true man.\u00a0 Matthew 1:18-25, Luke 1:25-38, Titus 2:13<\/p>\n The Scriptures<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n We believe that the scriptures are the inspired Word of God, our supreme and final authority in faith and life.\u00a0 2 Timothy 3:16<\/p>\n The Church<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n We believe that there is one true Church, comprised of all those who acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.\u00a0 We believe that the Scripture commands believers to gather together to devote themselves to worship, prayer, the teaching of the Word, the observance of believers baptism and communion as the ordinances established by Jesus Christ, fellowship, service to the body through the development and use of talents and gifts and outreach to the world.\u00a0 We believe that whenever God\u2019s people meet regularly in obedience to this command, there is the local expression of the Church and that under the loving governance of spiritual leaders and other supportive leadership, its members are to work together in love and unity, intent on the one ultimate purpose of glorifying Christ.\u00a0 Hebrews 10:24-25, Acts 2:42-47<\/p>\n
